Currently you can find us at local Farmers Markets in the Riverview area, and online anytime to take orders with a 24 - 48 hours notice.

Our Story

Born in Honduras and raised in the United States, I have been given the grand opportunity to live in a place where we can experience different cultures. Having a culinary background, and the need to explore other cuisines, one of the things I enjoyed the most has always been to bake.

After traveling to Uruguay and other countries in Europe, I was fascinated with the amount of bakeries in every corner, selling freshly made breads, pastries and desserts with no preservatives...all fresh.

When returning home, an idea started growing as I imagined, giving our community the possibility of having a local Bakery. We have limited options of where to buy our breads and pastries often forcing us to choose highly processed foods filled with preservatives. While changing our local food culture may be challenging, I hope to provide healthier alternatives for baked goods.

Artesana is the dream-turned philosophy and the promise to deliver meticulously handmade artisanal products from around the world, with no artificial ingredients or preservatives, taking great care to remain authentic to the origins of each product, offering seasonal and staple menu items.
